Will Englehart is an Analyst at Verdant Associates with extensive experience working in both the public and private sectors. His career has been focused on the development of key research aimed at driving innovative approaches to the U.S. power market, demand response, carbon capture, and utility and residential scale generation. His analysis and research are led by a strong appreciation for data science and the ways in which these methods are able to engage some of the world’s most critical and complex problems.
Will has completed studies in Environmental Science at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and sociology and public policy at the University of California, Los Angeles. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he now enjoys spending his time surfing, sailing, and studying as an amateur astronomer.
