Verdant Associates, in partnership with Applied Energy Group, was hired by the EmPOWER Maryland Utilities (Baltimore Gas & Electric, Potomac Electric Power Company, Delmarva, Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative, Potomac Edison, and Washington Gas) to complete a residential baseline saturation survey. This work, which was part of the EmPOWER Maryland Greenhouse Gas Abatement Potential Study, was conducted under the directive of the Maryland Public Service Commission. This dashboard and associated report showcase the findings of the survey.
